Q. If it takes two days to deliver, will the products still be fresh?

Answer: Our produce is all fresh and packed for you on the day of your order, and then delivered direct to your door by our drivers. It just takes within two working days to process the orders.

Q. Can I order different boxes at once?

Answer: Of course, you are welcome to mix and match the boxes and they will all be delivered at once.

Q. How do I know what's in the boxes?

Answer: On the product page for each box, there's a list in the description of every item you will receive. Weights can vary but we have listed them as approx to the nearest kg.

Q. What is your refund policy?

We can only refund in the circumstance that your order is not fulfilled or is inedible. In this unlikely situation, we will work with you to get a replacement order out the next day. If you are still not happy with our service, we will provide a refund in full.

Q. What happens if my order is damaged or delayed?

Answer: We take great care to get your order delivered to you in fantastic condition. However, in the unfortunate circumstances that something should happen, contact us on boxfoodorders@bidfresh.co.uk and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.
